Street Parking

There will be plenty of three hour payable street parking surrounding the venue available early in the day, however you will need to move your car every three hours and pay an additional three hour parking fee. As Fremantle is a busy family destination on weekends, as the day gets on it may become more difficult to find additional street parking.

Registration on the day of the conference is from 8.30am followed by tea and coffee. The Conference will commence shortly after 9am. With more than 300 delegates, please ensure you allow plenty of time to collect your registration and delegate bag before moving into the main plenary room at 9am.

Photo Consent

When you purchased your conference ticket you gave your photo consent as part of the terms and conditions of conference tickets. As per the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing the tickets, if you do not wish to be recognised in any photography or videography on the day, please ensure you make yourself known at the registration desk where you will be issued with a coloured arm band that must be worn and visible to ensure you are not in any photography or videography on the day.

Dress Code

Sunday is a traditional day to relax and we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the conference. Please come along in smart casual attire with jeans acceptable.

Refresh your memory with our Conference Program. You'll have a copy on the back of your registration lanyard as well as a copy within your conference program in your delegate pack on the day.

Concurrent Sessions

As you will know from the conference program on our website, you have the opportunity to attend one of three concurrent sessions in the afternoon. Spaces in each session are strictly limited and while all attendees will have the pleasure of attending one of the three sessions, registration is essential.  You will be asked to choose your first, second and third preference of concurrent sessions, and we will endeavour to provide everyone with their first choice

We do ask that if you have multiple attendees from your organisation or business, to please spread your attendees across the three concurrent sessions to maximise your conference experience, enable your team to experience multiple streams of information and allow the greatest diversity of attendees across each session.

Read more about the three concurrent sessions.

Registration for concurrent sessions has now closed. We are very pleased to advise that everyone who registered got their first or second preference. If you did not specifiy which session you preferred, we allocated this for you.

Please check your name tag lanyard for confirmation of your concurrent session.

Later in the afternoon after the concurrent sessions, our Key Note Speakers will come together as a panel to answer questions you may have.

The easiest way to ask questions on the day is to download the "Nature Play WA" app from your app store, navigate to the events and conference section and go to Panel Questions.

Questions that will be discussed by the panel will be selected from questions asked by you, using questions forms available at the question station in the foyer or questions asked via the app.

Please ask your questions via the app or place your questions in the provided box by 2.30pm in order to be considered for the panel Q&A session.
