Quintillian School, Claremont, offered the following insight into their Nature Playground development.

Location
Early Learning Centre (prekindy, kindy and pre-primary playgroup). Adventure and nature playground already in existence for the upper years.

Date completed
The Early Learning Centre nature playground opened August 9, 2012. The existing adventure playground has been in operation for several years, with occasional additions and improvements.

Playground elements
Early Learning Centre: water pump and trough, cubby house, cubby building frame.

Adventure Playground: “Beastie” sculptures for climbing and interacting with, flying fox, climbing elements made of tyre and wood, log offcuts for jumping and sitting on, outdoor classroom, veggie patch.

Cost
Way cheaper than the quote for a plastic playground!
