Playright invites you to attend United in Play 2010, a conference to unite us in the provision of every child's right of play.
Wednesday 17, Thursday 18 & Friday 19 November 2010

The theme United in Play is chosen to unite us in the provision of every child’s right of play and to recognise the importance of creating and managing successful play opportunities for life, to share the latest ideas, initiatives and technologies confirming its vital importance to our society and our future direction.
The United in Play Conference features eight Keynote and 15 International, National and State speakers who will address topics of planning, learning and development, design, and nature and play.
Charles Hayne, NaturePlay WA, will be presenting Nature-Deficit Disorder and we look forward to learning more on the alleged trend that children are spending less time outdoors and the effects this causes.
International renowned speakers include:
• Sarah Gaventa (UK) Director of CABE Space, the government's advisor on urban public space in England and the specialist unit within CABE (Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment) that aims to bring excellence to the design and management of parks and public spaces in our towns and cities. Sarah will be presenting Open your mind to public spaces in addition to a Spaceshaper Workshop.
