Curtin University Nature Play Day

Nature Play WA and Curtin University are excited to announce the launch of the Curtin Nature Trail.

The trail, which will go live on the Nature Play WA App on 9 December, will lead you on an exploration of ten great outdoor spaces at Curtin University's Bentley Campus, with fun nature play based activities at each stop.

And to celebrate the launch of the trail we are holding a fun, FREE family Nature Play Day!
Channel your inner chef (and get messy!) with our mud-tastic mud kitchens.

Join Curtin University’s Parks and Gardens team to learn about native plant seedlings. You can also plant your own seedling to take home!

Collect natural materials to create your very own nature arm bands...

Have fun playing the giant games with other families...

Decorate rocks to take home or hide them along the Curtin University Nature Trail for others to find...

Create your very own kite and test to see if it flies!

Meet the Eco Faeries and make your own bird feeder to take home or write your very own letter to the faeries.

Families can also walk, bike, scoot or skate the Curtin University Nature Trail on the day.

This is a self-guided event where parents and caregivers are responsible for their own child or children in their care at all times.

Although this event is FREE, we ask you register your interest so we can be sure of having enough resources and staff onsite to make the day extra special!
