North Cottesloe Primary School students among thousands to take part in Outdoor Classroom Day

NORTH Cottesloe Primary School students were among 60,000 youngsters in WA who took part in Outdoor Classroom Day yesterday.
The aim of the global movement is to improve children’s health, wellbeing and academic progress through outdoor learning and play.
Nature Play WA chief executive Griffin Longley said finding ways to increase the time kids spent outdoors was increasingly important, with only 55 per cent of Australian kids playing outside everyday according to a new report.
