Every Kid in a Park Booklet

Your very own booklet to make your adventure to a national park (or anywhere outdoors) even more awesome!

Our free Every Kid in a Park Booklet is 24 pages of fun activities including sensory games, moments of mindfulness and conversation starters. It can be used before, during and after spending time in nature.

This booklet contains a QR code that, when scanned, will allow users to hear the booklet read aloud. Sensory icons are displayed for each activity, and can help in deciding whether a certain activity is suitable in the moment.

This version of the booklet can be used for printing if your printer settings features a 'Booklet' option.

You can also download this version for use on a phone or tablet, or to view online.

Download the Double-sided Booklet (printing only)

This version of the booklet is best for printing with basic printer settings. Follow the instructions below to print and construct your booklet:

  1. Choose File > Print
  2. Choose the option to print double-sided and choose 'Flip on short edge'
  3. Make sure your document size is set to A4 and landscape
  4. Select your colour setting (full colour or grayscale)

To assemble the booklet once printed, stack the pages in order according to the page numbers. Fold the pages in half, and staple along the spine.
